Soil temperatures have not dropped. We may end up with a false spring. We have Primulas popping up in the garden.

If you boil the faults of our diet & food systems down to “eat animals” or “don’t eat animals”; then perhaps not.

It will though, exacerbate other failings in our diet and the food system and the end result could be a lot worse.

We need a proper root and branch overhaul of our broken food system

The @ffc-commission.bsky.social tend to use “Food Sustainability” as a measure which I think is far more useful and balanced.

Ie can we feed ourselves enough of the right type of food without trashing the place or trashing everywhere else.

I sort of agree but I think people sharpen up on all sides if everything is laid bare in the open.

My point really relates to allowing land to be used to avoid roads and/or connect other routes under paid, permissible access.
