No, but why do they have to? Build your audience and tell them where you're going to be and they'll be there. At least here it is less icky.

I mean, Google has abandoned everything that made it good. You can type in an exact brand name on YouTube and you have to scroll through a bunch of garbage before you reach the official channel.

It's all optimized for grift and slop. Google has been useless as a service for years.
