No, just that different people respond differently in the same context. Which is what I was exploring in my original comment. Some politicians might resign, some might stay but compromise, some might be corrupt, most probably not.

I guess what I'm getting at, is would different people respond to the context differently. I sometimes wonder how I would behave if placed in a senior government role. I suspect my actions might be curtailed by the context in ways I wouldn't wish.

I wonder if the term 'like' is part of it. I read things that I would feel moved to respond to, but if they are news or a statement of something tragic (like this) I often pause on pressing 'like' as it feels totally inappropriate. May just be me.
