Amazing, brave health workers, arrested for protesting peacefully in support of the health workers and people of Gaza, and against violations of human rights, international law and UK complicity in the genocide.

After 4 hours the police moved in, selecting an individual placard holder and, in groups of 12 or more, surrounding and arresting them. All 14 current and retired health professionals were arrested in turn, including Dr Fiona Godlee, previously Editor of the @bmj.com

What shocking damage this is doing our "democracy". Wasting public funds arresting hundreds, including health workers, for terrorism when they are simply protesting against the bombing and starvation of millions, including their health care colleagues.
