You shouldn't kink shame but what if kink shaming is your kink?

Best way to find out if that impostor syndrome is real is to see if they let you join MI6

Great day for files-philes.

I think it's been about 4 weeks of 6 days a week, trying to work on 2 projects at once.

This isn't really a long term winning strategy.

Had a proper weekend off, but it was very social, so I'm still not really feeling recovered. Brain can't get into gear. Heading to bed early.

In the past, when there's been an article about something I've done, there's been a wave of sites echoing the same article. Just a bunch of copying people's homework which is sort of depressing in of itself.

But now it's totally automated. I'm seeing lots of AI think pieces. Who's reading them tho?

Whatever Trump is desperately covering up about Epstein, it’s clearly so bad that he thinks it could destroy him

Is it normal to find the emotion of pride so alien that it's strangely unpleasant?

Ok, ok. Some stuff coming together.

Really don't want to be juggling stuff as much as I have been in the last few months, as I'm feeling the burn. But some of the excitement is fueling me.

Small break soon. Need a total reset. Then I'll be eagerly back at it.

I remembered how to use soh cah toa today without having to look it up, so I guess I'm not a total piece of shit.

Seattle bus commuting has me waiting on a bus that only comes every half an hour 🫠

Trying to be the change I want to see, but world, you're not meeting me half way.

Some days therapy is just therapy. Other days it's fucking life support.

The relationship between streamers and developers feels similar to that of an F1 Driver and his Team. Pros want the fastest most competitive car possible, even if that means sacrificing accessibility.

The parent company, however, still needs to sell something to carry the weekly shopping in.

Most cinemas around here feel like half way dead malls (with the exception of central cinema, or the luxury one in bellevue).

It sometimes feels like we're living in the ruins of someone else's idea of a good time.

When there are no jobs left, um, who, um, is going to pay for the products and services that they make?

Sometimes I think they want us all to die politely and discreetly and leave the planet for them to enjoy.

"I'll just go knock out this one task"

Task is "how long is the perimeter of the British isles".

We could have had a tech utopia, but greedy short termists always seem to rise to the top, don't they?

This country is about to invade Venezuela to steal oil to power AI used to keep the population servile.

They're experimenting with actual brain chips on immigrants detained by ICE.

I'm often deeply drained by the breadth of things I have to work on at work. Not being able to focus on one thing at a time makes me feel like I'm a useless pretender letting everyone down, despite evidence to the contrary.

Just got over (mild) covid and now in bed with a super sore throat.

This is one of the coolest game design analyses I've seen. Maybe ever. A graph of the possibility space of Stephen's Sausage roll (amazing game btw).
This is a great representation of a more discrete game.
I always thought of possibility spaces as hyper dimensional fogs.
