Where you were standing with the red hat used to be almost exactly my bedroom when I was 11-12 years old. It was a big upgrade from living in Waiouru (probably going from the worst posting to the best posting in the NZ Army). Sad the flats are gone but love it as a park now.

Is that by Narrow Neck beach? That looks like the area where the navy flats used to be that became a park...

YES - I started out with boxing. It is totally different to kickboxing even though it looks similar. Actually boxing is a fantastic workout, and you really learn how much it is about core and feet/legs, not arms like you'd think. Love seeing you and the lad doing it together!
