Interesting - less active days than last year but I guess running longer distances and a few half marathons covered the same distance. I can’t safely wear a tracker for Muay Thai so Strava doesn’t get those days but pretty decent stats for a year..!

Still rebuilding fitness but listening to YouTube instead of music ran 16k around the palace at a surprisingly good pace. Enjoying the cool but not too cold sunny weather

First run in a week. Really interesting, fitness slipped a bit so to take it easy I ran without music on my PaceDJ app and just listened to YouTube. Result? Faster than expected pace, in Zone 2 for 90% of the run (low heartrate)
