Literally the most frustrating part of my day, every single day. Other folks do not understand. It's exhausting.
Black women (especially Black women who are neurodivergent) get absolutely no space to just BE. If a Black woman isn’t constantly smiling and making jokes, we’re instantly presumed to be mean or have an attitude. It’s ridiculous.
