One of my favourite days of Arsenal yesterday…

Credit to the club for getting the tifo right. I think there are still a lot of things to improve on, but no one can say they’re not consciously trying to improve the matchday atmosphere…

This is a massively personal opinion, but engaging with football through stats is just as inhibitive to the enjoyment of football (to me as a fan) as VAR is

That is a win for football. Newcastle can fuck right off.

‘Careless challenge’?? What are these refs on…

I think yesterday is viewed as a far better result at the end of the season, could see Man United challenging for CL/EL places this season

Hard to watch outside of the context of losing to them in the SF, but this PSG side and Luis Enrique are v v likeable

Credit to Liverpool for winning the league, obviously, but if there’s ever been a stat to prove how poor the chasing pack is then this is it. We’ve been so far off it.
Stat from Opta: Arsenal have finished the league campaign without any players scoring 10 or more goals. That's the first time this has happened since 1923/24. #AFC

Honestly who’d have thought it after the way this season started. Sensational!

I think modern football has forgot that the essence of the game is about winning trophies and big moments like last night.

Tottenham are 17th in the league but ultimately have won something big. Arsenal win, a lot, but this team still hasn’t had that trophy moment.

It’ll happen.

Easy to say as an Arsenal fan today, but I think that not having teams drop down from the Champions League, which is already expanded, cheapens the Europa league a lot.

UEFA are all about the product and I’d be very surprised if they don’t re-address this soon.

I find leaving the ground on the last day of the season so surreal. This year, a mix of sadness (that we won’t be back for another few months) and relief.

Think we need a break as much as the players, it’s been a draining 3 seasons, but I am so convinced that next year is the one!
