Gave up on trying to hit 100 million points in a single hand in Balatro and wound up hitting 177.1 billion instead. Damn! The funny thing is, I couldn’t clear the final hand of Ante 8.

Finally booted up the "Max Gay-ne" mod that I found on an old CD-ROM archive. At first, I was like, "oh, this just kinda makes him look like the Postal Dude."

I wonder if we could hit 10,000 by the end of the year. I am kind of mortified by the idea of ever having a “large” channel, mostly because any time we have a successful video or post it brings out the worst chuds, but it’s nice to connect with ppl who like what we do.

Lately I am feeling the itch to play guitar again. I bought an octave pedal and have been having a blast just playing single note riffs with no chords. I'm playing on a baritone guitar which is already very heavy. The recording quite doesn't do the enormity of this sound justice.

It's been so many years since I last played this, but I still have every secret location in the first three or four levels burned very deep into my memory. Even though I could rush through levels very quickly, I love taking it slow and exploring, even after so many times through.

Just had a quick 10-minute session with the BALL x PIT demo. Damn! Very addictive. It's a scrolling brick breaker type game mixed with roguelite combat and what appears to be some light resource management/base building stuffs. Very cool!

Did anyone else enjoy MTV Sports: Skateboarding on Dreamcast? I was looking up reviews from when it came out and was surprised to see that Gamespot called it "unplayable" and one of the worst games of 2000!

~40,000 words and 18 pages later I have finished a video script that I've been working on all summer. Needs to go through a couple of checks, but phase one is complete. Very excited to get this one wrapped up!

Just played s.p.l.i.t. by Mike Klubnika. An interesting little puzzle box of a game. Unfortunately, the ending kept crashing on me, I had to watch the final cutscenes on YouTube. I'd recommend it to puzzle/adventure/horror fans, but maybe wait for a patch, one is in the works.

As part of the Kickstarter for our album (Songs of Yearning by Austin and the In-Laws), we did some cover tunes that people pledged for. We just published our rendition of Pink Pony Club, I'm really happy with how it came out!
