6 Monate Arbeit in mich rein stecken bevor ich eine Arbeit kann, als Argument zu bringen wenn man eine Juniorstelle Ausschreibung macht, ist in Ordnung... wenn das aber als Ausschusskreterium her halten muss, finde ich das unnötig eine Stelle als Juniorstelle auszuschreiben
