Yes! He was the main artist for Heavy Metal magazine, did work for Marvel and others, and did the designs for The Fifth Element. His work has had a huge impact on me.

I tried to generate a dendrite forest to replicate the intro to Fight Club, super tricky to get all the details right, especially the neurons.

To instead appreciate it, my God it's incredible. I go back to early 2000s David Fincher and marvel at what they did like this even back then. This gives me something to aspire to, it's a shame people are so smug.

People forgot how to beat a bully. You don't stand around chewing them out, watch some westerns or something to learn the rest. We don't get to choose our showdowns, we get to choose whether we make a difference or not.
