Happy holidays, here's a render I made pursuing the look of 1996's Twister. I was actually able to get a rundown of the effect from someone who worked on them at ILM, and as always, that kind of input is invaluable. The real magic is in the compositing. #vfx #blender #b3d

This is the first stuffed animal I got for my son before he was born, from the series he learned to read to. Wanted to do a whole scene with it but performance is really rough, even on my new machine. Could never work out the visual glitches, either. #blender
