Today's first accomplishment: Shrimp toast!! Not a complete success because the shrimp was uncooked at first, so I put them in an air fryer. At least it is edible now. My lunch today with fried cheese, doesn't sound very healthy, does it? Tomorrow I'll eat more fruit and veggies.

I just learned that Goodreads is owned by Jeff Bezos. An alternative is StoryGraph, a Black woman-owned platform (and yes it's really easy to transfer your lists from Goodreads to StoryGraph). You know, while we're moving things.
