dust particles that orbit the sun are planets! interstellar dust is just dust though

we should exclude mars and neptune and include every asteroid and comet 👍🏻

this ignores my planet definition that anything that orbits the sun is a planet

my program officer already replied, twsc proposals are not being reviewed until they have reviewed the program. our timeline was also tight so this is really bad for us too :/

yeah this is pretty concerning, I need to get in touch with our program officer and see if / how this amendment will affect the review process :/
