Forgot to update yall on the espresso brownies. They came out pretty good! Very moist and chocolatey but for the next batch I’ll definitely add way more espresso. 4 tablespoons wasn’t enough.

I got up at my usual 5am and cleaned the house and did laundry instead of mindless scrolling on the couch. Kinda nice to have it all knocked out before I had to log in to work. But now it’s time for hot tea, Tyler, and emails. Happy Monday, y’all.
