I quit putting creamer in my coffee this week, just cutting calories where I can for a while. I was never heavy handed with my creamer to begin with but I’m finding I really love just a very small splash of milk and a bit of sweet n low.

Besides a 5k on Saturday and 4 mile Turkey Trot on Thursday, I was a fat lazy POS last week. Got back on my healthy BS Monday and I already feel 1000x better.

Forgot to update yall on the espresso brownies. They came out pretty good! Very moist and chocolatey but for the next batch I’ll definitely add way more espresso. 4 tablespoons wasn’t enough.
