last time I made a satirical movie poster overpaint someone asked me how I create non-existent letters from existing logotypes. if you’re out there… it’s kinda like this
Original Schwarzkopf gmbh logotype at top left. If a font is internally consistent enough, you can get far just flipping existing letters horizontally or vertically. Not quite happy with the proportions of the result yet, and the font itself can only tell me so much about placing accents.

well, masonry is happening. so far digging a reasonably level trench in this extremely uneven, rocky ground has been the most difficult BUT I am not convinced I put the right amount of water in the mortar. Too much? Too little? unclear. Just seems ‘off’
any time I see the word ‘mortar’ I am reminded of the time some dude I didn’t know on deviantART was inexplicably really mad about Bob and said that before he was “publicly destroyed down not a thing but blood and bits” that factoids about him should be listed on an “80’ high 20’ wide brick wall with only ‘straw and mud mixed’ morter”. The Thermaltake Level 10 GT. I was surprised to discover that one in pristine condition still goes for a decent chunk of change. Mine is… not, ha ha. Stripped screws, discoloration, an entire modular disk bay vanished into the ether.
