It's not subtle by any means but I think it was well done and the concept of the primary vs. the other (or whatever the terminology was) and the lure of addiction was intriguing.

"not sure I'd recommend it" is sorta where I am with it, but in reality I've been indiscriminately recommending it to more people than I maybe should! Esp. to some non-horror friends who are into offbeat films because if you've never seen body horror, you might as well see one with a high budget!
