today i was blessed with tortieng talong doing this the whole five minutes i was waiting in the lobby

i love when it’s cross-check day. i don’t normally report onsite on fridays but this bike is so fun to ride, i don’t feel too bad about being at the office.

kinda regret not watching the barista brew this. i picked up the beans but after two tries with my usual recipes, i still haven’t extracted it in the same way the barista did. getting decent results but the satisfaction level isn’t as high. should try the instruction card’s recommended pour next.
