Palliative team came to visit today.
Basically to broach the likelihood I’m nearing hospice stage. Kinda figured that put myself by the rapid physical decline this month.
24/7 on the couch now. Only able to walk to the loo. Need help changing my clothes, bathing, bringing food/drinks etc

Ffs. Canada needs proof of vaccination from overseas travellers! Everyone on that plane, in the airports etc are exposed.

Think I’m on my last legs. Can’t even brush my teeth with Sp02 crashing to 85, even with oxygen support. Constant lung pain. 25 meds per day. Probably 20 puffs of inhalers. No sleep. Stuck to the couch.

1/ Seeing lots of posts about high Flu A in various regions. And 😲 here's BC, where the teen was in ICU with #H5N1.
Current flu A levels are >14x higher than this time last year.
