Wondering where these "climate risk" scores come from? Zillow is relying on models from First Street. When my colleagues @bloomberg.com compared FS predictions to another popular option this year, the outcomes were "startlingly different."

The idea of AI digital twins at work creates so many Black Mirror scenarios. So do you leave a company and an AI chatbot version of you still works there chiming in on Zoom calls, commenting on people’s code & documents and churning out status reports?
