What type of phone? If it's android you might need to clear app data manually.
If it's iphone, maybe your bad app data is saved to icloud? In which case maybe you can manually delete it (an Android could also be doing cloud backup shenanigans)

Funny, I wanted to read more, but I searched "E34.9 EDNOS vs F64" and the first result was a 2023 City Journal article wherein they used claims data with those and several other diag codes to "prove" adolescent GD is not a reliable indicator of being trans in adulthood.
