Why do people unironically call Twilight Princess the best Zelda game?

In the cartoons I watched as a kid, there'd be villains like this guy, who started an "Anti-Recess Movement" and even funded a tractor beam to alter the moon's orbit so there'd be no vacation and kids would be in school all year long. He did this for no other reason than he was evil and hated kids.
