Revisiting this restaurant in OGDEN, UTAH because I learned "Ombu" means "Free Food Poisoning" in Japanese. Probably.

What could possibly go wrong with a sushi and Cajun buffet in OREM, UTAH!
For our non-American friends, Orem, Utah is very, very far from oceans containing seafood, and from Cajuns.
I feel sure, though, that making it a buffet can only increase both the health and quality of the offerings.
