Don't know who needs to hear this but if you're mad at Meta (and I'm betting most of you are), don't just uninstall the app or deactivate your account–restrict your personal data outside the apps!

My inbox has been overwhelmed with customer surveys lately. While the intention is presumably to improve service through feedback, the sheer volume makes me wonder if there's also an underlying motivation to cut costs by using subjective performance metrics without validation or context. 🤔

As a designer with ADHD, I'm moved by interest, novelty, urgency, challenge, and passion. In contrast, neurotypical folks use rewards, importance, and consequences to push them forward. I often added complexity to simple design tasks just to up their challenge and interest, which frustrated others 🫤
