Discord has apparently added generative AI "apps" users can use to modify any image posted in any discord server.
On by default, no way to disable them, no moderation tools.
Fuck discord, support artists (discord sure doesn't).

Just an addition: bsky doesn't let you mute specific users reposts/reskeets but if you use @deck.blue it does allow it!! With deck blue you can also use in-line links to save characters, super useful for artists if you want to keep it clean or want to list lots of links!

note that you have to change this (settings > languages) on *both* mobile and web separately, too. seems important to spread the word for ppl who follow international artists!
i was wondering why none of the jp/kr artists i followed recently were showing up in my feeds and it's because of this -_- ... turned it off and now everything's showing up 😬

IT'S 99% A SCAM
They will pretend to pay you more than what was owed and try to make you pay the difference, or send a phishing link!!
