Doing tmr dec 12’s #crustmas early/also kind of cheating because a final and 2.5 essays due tmr. Some of the first crabs i ever had circa 2019 and a substrate chart because I realized my bio said hermit info but I’ve shared no info 👀

Made some #hermitcrab eggnog for #crustmas! Kind of. We have:
- milk: potentially fats, protein, calcium; room to learn about crabby digestive science!
- almond butter + chia seeds: plant protein, healthy fats
- oats: complex carbs, plant proteins, fats
- honey: simple carbs
