Please, help me find a solution for my aunt, who has been waiting for over 2 years for a #kneereplacement in northern Ontario! How many older people are surviving day to day with #chronicpain ? She is on referrals to surgeon #3! And yet, she likely don't get a surgery date for another 5-6months!

Access to Healthcare in Ontario's north is severely lacking. It has left my 78 year old aunt in severe pain for over 2yrs while she is shuffled from one surgeon to another for a complete knee replacement. She can barely function on a day to day basis. #dougford #ontariohealth #kneereplacement

So I have been moving a not-for-profit over to Zoom and Workspace. Given that non-profits rely on VOLUNTEERS, who use all manner of email providers, it becomes difficult to treat them as Team members.They are "personal" or "external" contacts, which restrict how you integrate them into the team.Grr!
