My friend and I finished all 12 scenarios in Combat Commander: Europe. It took a little over a year and half. We did it asynchronously via video messaging. We both had the game set up and would keep both boards updated. Now we have moved on to the battle packs.

Trying out Enemy Action: Ardennes. I really like Kharkov, so I have high hopes. The enemy action series has to be one of the deepest (and heaviest) solo systems. It’s truly a marvel.

Played some turns of Thunder at Dawn with the kids. Tomorrow we are going to see the cannon demonstrations at Wilson’s Creek Battlefield.

Today at work, I ran a dnd one-shot as part of a leadership PD. I really made the adventure for my wife (and coworker) and her work friends. It was all Taylor Swift coded. They had to defeat the tortured bard department. They all got magic cardigans by the end. It was a really fun DM experience.
