Just so we're clear - an individual had a severe emotional reaction and did something extreme that hurt people. After realizing they were caught, they are now forcing the blame on the victim. That is the cycle of abuse.

In the midst of colleagues and friends losing their jobs, people losing funding, and fears over the complete upheaval of everything, my university's answer is to....have tea with a friend. Go for a walk in the woods. Take a break from screens. And to "find your spark" 😐
