I was wondering if they defined "expressive activities" in some different way than I expected, but - probably because the bill is ostensibly about protecting speech - they very specifically define it as any speech or expression protected by the 1st Amendment. So it's curfew for the 1st Amendment?

Mexican chorizo is often (usually?) sold with casing, but you usually take it out of the casing when you cook it. Really good with bananas - split the banana while still in the peel, stuff with chorizo, bake until the chorizo is cooked and the banana is hot.
