Of course that doesn't excuse the abuse but it feels like people NEED to have somebody shitty abusing the system & proclaim everybody and everything indistinguishable, regardless of the fact that usually the people who actually do the work are the strongest critics of the shit behaviour.

If one cared about these topics, they would know, thet info is available. We are drowning in information. People CHOOSE to ignore the actual work and pretzel themselves into objections and their source is PETA or something equally ascientific and ridiculous.

"For profit zoos exist and suck". True. Zoos who are not for profit do a lot for conservation and many are doing so much and going above and beyond. While receiving shit funding, I might add, and are dismissed.

Because the last 20 years so many people I admire who work to protect and care about nature, science, so many things, are instantly dismissed as making money out of that care, while I know first hand that most of them are working for shit pay.

If they could tell if somebody is actually doing something or only pretending they would not be insisting how being present in the office would boost productivity. 😂😂😂
