And walk to the Main St movie theater w/all the great movies but you better go see them fast bc they only stay about a week. And walk to the U for games and museum. We’re really happy here. Went to an East Bank Neighborhood Assoc mtg this past week and what a talented dedicated group.

In one block you have K’s, Curry Corner, Punch Pizza, health food (don’t know the name) and three coffee/tea shops. Then best liquor store Surdyks and best ice cream Flemings. Lund&Byerlys or across the river Trader Joe & The Guthrie. Twins & Vikes. Walk to everything in this neighborhood.

Sitting in a banquet hall w/all the F-117 pilots, their wives, the folks from Skunkworks, watching gun camera footage from over the skies of Bagdhad w/this song playing…can’t imagine how the wives were feeling knowing their Stealth pilot husbands were flying through all that AAA.

Our city has an “all come” low brass concert for the holidays. Meet at a church hall, practice some basic carols a few times then march en masse to the riverside open air theater. It’s wonderful. From 11yo to 89yo play. The sousaphones are my fav. Been going for 20yrs

For whatever reason, my folks have a copy of the Warren Report. Dad was a DoD civilian, maybe they had copies at his work. It’s thick, light blue cover, this copy is paperback, don’t know whether it came in an actual hardback version. I have yet to even open it but I will someday.

I read that the director hated all that female hair. They spent hours getting the female leads hair done—took two trays of hot rollers, getting the look exactly the same from shot to shot, he said it was a nightmare.

Watched this episode on my honeymoon in the Bahamas. Such a big deal. If you were alive in the US during that time you had a theory.

It really is. I’m from TX and I don’t mind the winters one bit. I’ve been to all the resale shops and bought a bunch of second hand coats for all the temperatures.

The apartment building they show as MTM’s building is still here in Mnpls. As well as the statue of her downtown.

Another element to this. Our League of Women Voters goes into senior community centers and demonstrates how to request then fill out mail in ballots. As long as TX allows MIB, we will keep doing this to empower voters/defend democracy.

The provision referring to TX was removed before Prop 50 went to Newsom to sign. So no link to TX regardless what happens as the TX appeals go forward.

I read that the provision ref TX was removed before the bill went to Newsom to sign. So CA goes forward no matter what happens in TX.

Our adopted niece from Guatemala and her naturalized father from Turkey are now both carrying their US passport cards with them to prove US citizenship. Is that enough to protect them from being kidnapped off the street? We all hope so.

Kaine did his homework but then he let this guy off the hook. Good to know but obviously that guy couldn’t give a rat abt MLK Jr. So just keep asking him the question about why they destroyed the food. Who destroyed it. And how much did destroying it cost? Taxpayer $$. Keep asking. Over and over.
