Key thing people need to understand about racial resentment is that plenty of academics don't buy the idea that RR=racism. and don't like the name for that reason. For that reason it's often called racial conservatism instead.

Elon does seem to have some offensive views on like, a million topics. Trying to scare people into thinking he's helping the Donald rebuild Auschwitz isn't going to work though.

Politics involves a lot of asymmetries. A common progressive tactic is to argue Democrats should emulate Republicans but it doesn't work.

The main problem I have with generational cohort discourse on politics is people lean far to hard on how pop culture drives voting.
Like no the fact that I had a Hootie and the Blowfish album at 14 does not define how I'm going to vote for the next 60 years afterwards.
