No matter how capitalism markets itself, never forget it's just a pyramid scheme. 200 workers on the bottom, then 150 managers, 100 regionals, 50 directors, 1 CEO. At every level you're either stuck, the reason someone is stuck, or dead to make room for others. It depends on death and stagnation.
