If you take heroin your GP will help you with blood tests. But if you follow international healthcare protocols and take eg puberty blockers NHS England has told your GP not to help you monitor hormone levels with blood tests. Gender affirming care is, apparently, worse than heroin.

Regaining those rights becomes a fight every time in a court system stacked against us. E.g. proving employment discrimination bc of gender identity might be a much higher bar to clear than bc of sex. There's less precedent to rely on and it's interpreted in the most hostile way possible

It seems like the point is to exclude us from every protected category except gender identity (for now), so we won't have access to the protections it took women/lesbians centuries to win

May I ask what levels you're shooting for? My doc and I agree we're aiming for 'normal female range' but exactly what that means seems like a matter of personal opinion for each provider
