I do a Google image search of the book title and add the word “spine” and for popular books I can usually just take a screenshot of one and crop it down to the spine.

If that doesn’t give me anything then kind of Frankenstein one together with a screenshot of the cover from goodreads.

It varies. Usually 1.2-1.5 but sometimes faster if I feel like they are talking way too slow.
