Demoralize is a great example of an offensive ability that doesn't require wielding any weapons. You can simply broadcast to the enemy ship, and attempt to turn their crew against them. Don't underestimate the power of propaganda!

I would also like to chime in and say: feeding people isn't something you do to be nice. Feeding people is the moral obligation of those who have more than enough. So even if his false premise was true, he's still coming out of this looking like a dick

What I think is fun about Web of Lies is that it builds up fast momentum. It's very "high risk, high reward." It makes it easier and easier to keep lying, but the deeper you get, the more dangerous failure becomes. This is a Trick that could carry someone through an entire adventure.
