I am like this when I do surgeries. Once the specimen (or baby is out), I relax and start asking questions about the case like revalida. We start with the youngest, usually the clerk. If he can't answer, we move on to the intern. If he can't answer we pass to the younger resident. #HealthXPH

I've noticed that since menopause, I've been having erratic sleep patterns... but then I'll always been a night person hence "Sleepless in Cebu" but this time it became more difficult for me to get restful sleep until 2AM or 3AM when I finally get exhausted enough to sleep. #healthXPH frustrating!

I remember one night when I watched a Harry Potter movie with my mom before I did my evening rounds... I ended up half-asleep ordering in the chart "may go home once seen by Voldemort!" now that was embarrassing because the nurse carrying out my order was laughing so hard, she farted! #HealthXPH
