Such arguments don't change the basic wrongness. The criminality of sex with a 14 year-old is there to protect vulnerable young girls from men who would take advantage of them.
The term 'jailbait' comes to mind and sort of neatly sums it up; yes they're attractive & may look 18, but no you can't.
