Will make anxious patients worse. How about incentivising employers instead of telling patients to try harder.

There are terrifying rides that swing you (definitely not me) 30 metres up and inches from historic buildings.
I prefer the 'up and down horses' but mostly I love people watching and seeing the city transformed
