My back is killing me. So, I'm on my way to have a corticosteroid shot in my spine. It has side effects but it's worth it to me. All procedures have side effects. Before you have any surgery or procedure, know the risks and side effects. Read Chapter 14 for more.

I guess vaccine usage has really slowed. For the first time ever, I received a phone call from my local CVS asking me if I would like to schedule any vaccinations. The spiel included the list of vaccinations they offer. #Vaccines #Vaccinations

Why are we not all yelling about this? I suspected that the government would rewrite the federal healthcare websites like they have deconstructed the federal healthcare agencies. I just never expected they would do something this egregious!

I have a mission. I don't want anyone else to experience the hell that healthcare put my family through. We were fully unprepared. We had complete trust in our doctors. We never suspected that despite their best efforts to help us, they would harm us instead, over and over and over again. 1/2
