This impressive table, now installed at Ely Cathedral, was made from 13-metre (44 ft) planks, cut from a massive trunk of Black Oak which had been preserved for 5,000 years in a Cambridgeshire peat blog before its discovery during ploughing in 2012 thefenlandblackoakproject.co.uk/our-story
