I know! :D That is why it is bugging me. The fact that he got only one paper and it was from North Carolina Uni, when THE William Gibson was born in South Carolina sets my alpha levels tingling. It's probably nothing (he was living in Canada at the time), but it will not let my inner Sherlock go :)

So far, the headset looks great, everything works software wise (unlike vive) but the chromatic aberration is abysmal :( won't know if I have a faulty lenses or what this is, but this is worse than vive 1 :(

Gl trying to develop in 4.27, 5.2 and 5.3 on a same machine. Each one requires different android jdk and ndk, some need Java, others don't. Registry is filled with obsolete info, unreal just breaks. I needed to edit registries by hand and edit epic own bash scripts to actually make it work

Unfortunately yes. For a long time quest was supported only as a separate fork of unreal which you had to build. Now they have plug-ins, but they break with updates. The biggest pain is setting up android environment though. It doesn't ship with unreal and changes with each version.

I am finally planning on playing with it in January. So far I only managed to spend 12 hours trying to make unreal play nice with quest :D love unreal, but it is quirky as hell
