Every time I change his papers, he DEMANDS to be washed. Fair enough, but he also refuses to be washed OUTSIDE of the cage, so his new papers get IMMEDIATELY soggy.

A brief skim of the Oregon DMV rejected license plates for 2024 tells me that I am way more sheltered than I thought I was and do not understand current terms relating to drugs, sex, and/or violence
