Juana is a proud U.S. citizen and one of three plaintiff families in our Rodriguez v. Porter case. The inhumane treatment of Juana and her 3-year-old at the hands of law enforcement is inexcusable. Juana and her child were among hundreds who were terrorized by the government in Wilder that day.
