I didn’t say it was wrong but I stand by stupid and selfish. They talked about it at the beginning of the episode. Helly knows who she is and the future she has. Showing up in the hallway and calling for Mark at the end when her outie is responsible for Gemma’s torture is not a girl’s girl move.

I wanted something about Irving. I want to know why Cobel helped save Gemma, but with a plan that ensured completion of Cold Harbor. I want Milchik to partner with Dylan to lead the rebellion. I may not get any of this in Season 3!

When the episode ended I said out loud to no one “I hate this show.” It’s so good and so maddening. The choice Mark and Helly make at the end is both tragic and incredibly stupid and selfish. Poor Gemma doesn’t know he’s severed and watches him pick another woman.

Why aren’t any of them going on this tour with him?

Although the more I’m thinking about it, was her devotion to Lumon more due to her watching over her creation and less to Keir? Does that make it easier for her to be a part of the resistance? Also explains why she didn’t want to talk to the board with Helena… still didn’t like the episode.

I did not love this one. While I can appreciate that her work was stolen from her and a man with money and connections got all the credit, I just don’t think her story warranted an entire episode. She could have taken a nap, had a convo with Sissy, and found the bust in 20 minutes.

When he said “she’s an Egan!” I said out loud “how does he know that?” I thought I had to have missed something so I’m comforted that you also are asking that question.
