Some unsolicited advice: if the drum still turns, it'll be cheaper to repair the dryer than to replace it; otherwise, probably not.

(Longer version: A dryer is little more than a hot-air blower forcing air into the drum, and a motor to turn the drum. The motor is the expensive part of the dryer.)

That is the most stunningly tone-deaf reply I've gotten from a corporation in a very long time. Wyndham mistreated a disabled guest and provided him with an unsafe room. I'm asking my friends to consider a different hotel chain when travelling. I will definitely do so myself. [end]

She tried calling the front desk and 911, but the phone in their room was *BROKEN* and had scotch tape over the keypad, which tells me that Wyndham *knew* the phone was broken and chose to rent out the room to a disabled person anyway.
