It should've ended when he made fun of a disabled reporter.
To this day I remember how I felt watching it on TV.
To this day.

In college, I had a favorite professor. She, like so many, had another job that supported her teaching. She was an expert in public relations, working for a large hospital system. She appeared to be a strong feminist role model. A strong, feisty woman from Baltimore.

yesterday our mutual aid group hosted around 20 people for a hands on - in the dirt - winter sowing workshop. We had all ages from an infant to retirees, all stages of life and even some folks not from our area drove in to be a part of it. It was lively and productive, and my heart is so happy. 1/

Yesterday was a hard one. There's so many happening all at once, but some things jump out and feel particularly awful. A number of those yesterday. Nothing is getting healthy this way.

I am extremely freaking thrilled to announce that Bad Company is *officially* available for preorder wherever you buy books. (I am linking to Bookshop but buy it wherever!) I worked so, so hard on this book, and it would mean a ton to me if you ordered it. bookshop.org/a/109816/978...

Caught the flu or other similar ick, among with my entire family. Everytime I get sick, it throws my POTS off so badly, I'm basically non-functional again. Heart rate bonkers while laying down. Super duper helpful when everyone is sick and all extra spoons are needed. 😭

Last year I started a seed library and gardening mutual aid group all by myself. This year, my now friend and co-leader is creating an inventory and upgrading the organization. Creating community 💖

Finished my first book of the year, and honestly my first finish in awhile. It pulls you in and makes an impact, whether you planned it or not, like the sticky summer heat of the south. We Are Each Other’s Harvest: Celebrating African American Farmers, Land, and Legacy by Natalie Baszile #booksky

Just got attacked by a blue no matter who dude, who took personal offense to Kanye being called an abuser, and started calling me a stupid bitch Trump supporter. Reminder that most of these men are not allies no matter what they claim.

If nothing else, we can all see clearly that despite an actual written plan to review and plan for, they did not, in fact, prepare at all for Project 2025. No plans in place whatsoever, apparently.

As we watch the reject geek squad execute their "shock and awe" campaign, it has never been more clear that the Dems didn't prepare at all. They had stacks of EOs ready to go, as promised, and the Dems are still chatting about whether they should do something. Pathetic.
